Question 1: The contract was signed for the PDP by Osita Chidoka well before the PDP primaries. Can Osita time travel?

Question 2: The contract (which he cites as proof) clearly states the terms of reference, so but for being a figment of this very imaginative journalists mind, where is the ACTUAL proof that the lobbyist procured a Visa for Atiku?
