because it is a waste of time, and cheating at it is very easy that only quacks have the time for it. Just see the portfolio and hire him or her. Portfolios show the ACTUAL experience.

You are wrong; very wrong. Those are words from a "quack developer"; junior at best. A portfolio on the other hand can be a joint effort between 2 to as much as 100 programmers.
Besides, you cannot cheat at this assessment. If you think you can cheat, why not drop your email and give it a shot.
It is a realtime assessment, your browser will be monitored for tab changes (just in case, you wish to visit Google)
and your webcam will be turned on while the assessment is in progress. So we will actually watch and hear you do it in real life.
Tell me how you wish to cheat at that. As a matter of fact, we use the same assessment that has been regulated for hiring candidates remotely the world over.

Let me reiterate that I was contacted by over 10 users from here; and only 1 had the courage to face it head-on.
And he actually explained where he got stuck, honestly and sincerely.

The rest developed cold feet when they got the invite. And guess what, they had very amazing portfolios; belonging to the class of
senior engineers with about 10years plus experience.

So we don't do portfolios, we assess in real life and via live video/phone calls. Thank you.
