FullStack developer roles are available for persons interested in taking on contract employment with Ancla Technologies. ReactJs is the preferred frontend tool. with ExpressJs or Flask or Django as the Backend- tool.

This role isn't aimed at Senior-devs or Mid-level. But you must be well above beginner's level. You know your tools, you've built apps & projects you can show (Not a tutorial), You can read and comprehend other's documented codebases.

Regarding the pay, I understand your perspective. And that's one of the reason's why i said the Role isn't aimed at Senior developers or Mid-level developers. I am committed to building @Ancla Technologies to a point where the very best set of Software engineers in Nigeria will call their work place. We are a for profit organization. If we worth more we'll definitely pay more. At the moment, we can't push for more senior developers or Mid-levels due to operational constraints. That's why we are focusing on committing resource to young developers with proof of work who have the basics already sorted out.

They will only be required to work 3 days a week. We'll be offering support and training services as well.
