A Vote for APC ISN'T a Vote for Buhari

By Farooq Kperogi

A vote for APC in the coming presidential election won't be a vote for Buhari; it would be a vote for an evil, greedy, corrupt, provincial, and reactionary cabal made up of Mamman Daura, Abba Kyari, Isa Funtua and their minions who are currently perpetrating a stratospheric theft of the nation's resources in ways that would make an angel of Abacha. President Buhari is an insentient human vegetable who is barely aware of his own existence.

As much I disdain Vice President Osinbajo's predilection for barefaced lying and annoying rhetorical legerdemain, if he would truly stand in for Buhari while he tends to his irreversibly declining health, I would be comfortable. But Osinbajo is worse than a figurehead VP. The cabal habitually humiliates him to his face and denudes him of any real powers. Every time Buhari handed over power to him when he traveled to London, the Villa always became a tumultuous, feuding house.

When former DSS boss Daura instructed his men to invade the National Assembly, Osinbajo was not in on the decision, even though he was the "acting" president. When he inquired why he was not consulted, he was insulted and humiliated by members of the cabal. He fired Daura in exasperation. But the man is practically back. He nominated the current DG and is actually the man who still runs the DSS. Every decision VP Osinbajo took when Buhari was away has been reversed or vitiated upon Buhari's return. Check the records.

This would be worse in a Buhari second term when the cabal no longer needs to pretend in order to earn the goodwill of the Southwest. The dissension between the cabal and the southwest political establishment led by Tinubu and Osinbajo would reach a feverish pitch. A degenerative, vegetative Buhari would be oblivious, and the nation would burn to the ground. You need no oracular powers to know that this would happen. At that point, Tinubu's minions in the media and civil society organizations would start barking and tarring all northerners with the same brush. I am waiting for them. Save this post somewhere in case Buhari is rigged back to power.

Help!!!! Nigeria is heading into an abyss. We are heading into a dangerous place.
After watching the President on TV in the past days, I have come to these conclusions.

1. Our President is becoming senile
2. He is not fit and so not in charge and in control any more this official.
3. His Party wants to take advantage of his mental incapacity to perpetuate itself in power.
4. They want to achieve this by using Buhari only remaining value asset which is his overrated integrity.
5. There are two groups involved in this devilish scheme namely the Bourdillon and Arewa group
6. The core elements that form the crops of the Bourdillon group are made up of South West politicians’ who are loyal to a certain Jagaban.
7. This Jagaban is nursing a desire to become the President come 2023.
8. The Bourdillon group members are mainly of the Moslem faith from the South West.
9. The members of these two groups were the original group that formed the APC.
10. If you want to verify this, go check the very first Executive members list published when APC was formed. They were all Moslems.
11. The Arewa group are peopled with conservative Islamist belief; they are drawn mainly from retired armed forces personnel mainly from the core north.
12. The party, APC was originally an alliance between South West Moslems and Core North Islamist.
13. Other minority groups were included to camouflage and bring some legitimacy to the alliance.
14. I call them the after thought group.
15. The 2019 election is rigged to foist a tired, weak and an almost senile man into the Aso villa.
16. The President illness is such that will not reflect on him physically, so for this reason, it will not be deem necessary by his mindless minders, to transfer power to the Vice President.
17. The Arewa group would frustrate the Vice President. As they will be fully in charge at the Presidency.
18. The Bourdillon group would be decimated.
19. There will be anarchy in the land.
20. Two things are likely to happen
21. 1. There will either be a coup or 2. God will intervene to save Nigeria.

Did the Prof lie? Does Buhari remember anything? Is it proper to have such person as the president?
We will only be doing the cabal a favour by voting Buhari.

They are afraid that Buhari is about to ruin them financially, if the Nigerian refinaries begins to operate at full capacity, who go import fuel?, this is why they want to smuggle Atiku in by any means possible, so that he can sell the refinaries as scraps.
Kperogi tell your USELESS generals to bring their refineries into Nigeria or sell them and use proceeds to build another refinery in Nigeria.
See them screaming their heads off like a woman in labor, Buhari dole ne, we die here.

you that lie sometimes, show us proof that he was against Buhari in 2015.
and for that nonsense the poster above wrote concerning refineries,Buhari has been president for almost four years and non of this refineries is even working up to 50% capacity instead fuel importation has increased, subsidy payment has increased while Nigerians are now paying more for fuel even as the price of crude is low.
now their only hope is Dangote refinery which nobody knows when it is going to become operational.

"With what I know about Atiku, If I had supported him,God wouldn't have forgiven me" this coming from Obasanjo who worked with Atiku for good 8 years.Down the line,he turned around to support him. Clear manifestation that PMB is dealing with thieves and that is why they are regrouping to come and steal our national treasure again but never will Nigerians allow them again. Mr Farooq can say anything he likes but one thing is for sure and that is PDP will not come back again because we know that a vote them is a vote for thieves.

Farouque kperogi or whatever he calls himself is just an opportunist of the media age where you can sit anywhere and hurl unsubstantiated allegations at people you don't like and hope to get people to believe you simply because you have a title of a professor attached to your name. He forgot nigeria poses thousands of professors who are more enlightened than him and are not obsessed with hurling insults and abuse for with no reason other than the fact that he has not personally benefited a dime from the current system of governance that refuses to reward pen pushers with no single visible contribution to the growth of the country

Ordinarily, it is a waste of time and space responding to whatever anti-Buhari article churned out by Professor Farooq Kperogi these days. No one wrestles with a pig without getting dirty at the end of the duel.

It's a waste of time because his obsession with anything that is against the Muhammadu Buhari-led administration sits on the borderline between deliberate depression and self-induced insanity. Only a mental health expert can deliver him from his latest mental conundrum.

All the same, the insinuations and stew of allegations he raised in his latest imbecilic vitriol against the President and the Vice President need to be debunked lest he misinforms unsuspecting members of the public who ignorantly feel that being a university teacher makes him an apostle of truth.

Except for those who are blinded by sheer hatred and unwarranted disdain for the President, it is obvious to every Tom, Dick and Harry that a 76 year old man who has toured six states in the last couple of days campaigning for his reelection across the length and breadth of the country is in the best element of his health with all his biological faculties intact. How can a man who is in a vegetative state with degenerative organs do that? Of course the President can fall sick, like every mortal does, including Kperogi himself, but to qualify a man who is hale and hearty using derogatory words is the height of indecency.

One would have expected a Professor of Journalism to maintain fidelity to truth and factuality all the time but for his hatred for the President. The existence of a famed cabal in the Presidency is nothing but a beer parlour gossip bandied around by lazy minds and amplified by idle hands. For the umpteenth time, the President is wholly and completely in charge of his government and takes no directive from anyone.

I challenge Kperogi, who has no modicum of respect for anyone, not even the teachers that moulded him, to name one directive the so-called cabal in his filthy imagination has given to the President since the inception of his government in 2015 beyond the idle insinuations fit for the market square where anything goes. He should mention just one or keep shut forever.

Like a man consumed by combustible rage against a man whose crystalline image he loves to tarnish at the drop of a hat, Kperogi has equally extended the hatred he has for Buhari to Professor Yemi Osinbajo. He claimed in his latest epistle fit for the dustbin that an imaginary cabal humiliates the VP whenever his principal hands over power to him.

In his latest tirade against the Presidency, he challenged his readers to mention just one decision the VP took in the absence of Buhari that has not been reversed. Has the sack of Lawal Daura, erstwhile DG of DSS, been reversed? That is to tell you how pathological and senselessly impulsive a liar Kperogi has become. You consume what he says to your own detriment.

Kperogi does not want Buhari reelected because he feels it is his imaginary cabal that will take over the reins of government. He feels that same cabal with control Osinbajo should Buhari hand over power to him. How can a university scholar be so neck deep in infantile assumptions and jejune imaginations to the extent of conjecturing what does not exist in order to deceive the gullible? Look no further, he is being used by those in the opposition to lend credence to their parasitic struggle that is bound to hit the rock come February 16 when Nigerians in their millions, through their votes, would have landed President Buhari a landslide victory.

Kperogi has failed. A vote for Buhari come February 16 is a vote for the APC and a vote for the consolidation of what the adminstration has achieved in the last three and half years and much more to come. The country is moving to its next level.

Threat of UK Visa Ban: Opposition Got Buhari Where it Matters

By Farooq Kperogi

I am closer to the power brokers in this Buhari regime than I can persuade many people to believe. But I'm not in the business of persuasion. I just want to arm people with the right information. They can choose whatever they want to do with it.
In the wake of the gale of defections that hit APC around August last year, Buhari was overwrought with intense grief. Days later, as the relentless certainty of his electoral defeat stared him in the face, he called members of his inner circle and swore, in a fit of anger and frustration, that he would never hand over power to PDP's Atiku even if Atiku wins fair and square. He said he would rather invite the military to take over than hand over to Atiku. I've confirmed this information with several trusted sources in the Villa.

It's precisely because of this that the buzzwigs of the regime have gone into overdrive in perfecting strategies to rig the election. They're no longer even making any pretenses about it, and are compelling all government agencies to contribute financially to Buhari's reelection campaign. For them, the options are just two: military take-over or rigging. They've chosen rigging.

That's why the threat by the United States and the United Kingdom to deny visas to people who manipulate the vote or instigate violence in the aftermath of the vote is a clear warning to Buhari. (The US and UK governments already know about Buhari's threats). Banning Buhari from going to the UK where, according to him, he has gone for medicals since the 1970s "when I was in Petroleuum," is like signing his death warrant. Well played, Obasanjo!
