Job Title: Database Administrator

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

Carry out installation, upgrade and maintenance of all enterprise databases which serve as a driver for all applications.

Provide production database support in 24x7 operations environment.

Ensure quality and standard are maintained in the environment

Monitor and optimize database Server performance.

Maintain high availability of database Servers.

Perform support functions down to the last line of support before escalating to senior specialist.

Ensure that security and integrity of the databases are maintained at all times.



Job Title: Engineering PM & Technical Team Lead

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

Responsible for wireless/microwave/network Optimization engineering delivery or management implementation

Interact with product, support, consultancy and other teams to find best ways to address solution requirements

Ensure that solution meets business goals set by customer

Lead the process of delivering high-quality product

Responsible for organizational management and personnel management.



Job Title: IT Infrastructure Architect

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

Design, integrate and manage complex infrastructure solutions.

Strong design/implementation experience in private and public cloud.

Provide technical system solutions, determine overall design direction and provide hardware recommendations for complex technical issues.

Develop architectural roadmaps for infrastructure domains.

Experience of high volume transactional systems and infrastructure and performance tuning.



Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

Has overall responsibility for planning, directing and coordinating activities pertaining to technology projects for a given business unit.

Ensures that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives

Monitors project activities, ensuring the currency, quality, and integrity of the information, while providing consistency in content

Works closely with the assigned user community (and through business technologists) to determine how technology might assist in addressing its needs and then translates these needs into system requirements and design specifications

Ability to lead a project team in a cross functional environment



Job Title: Contact Centre Technology Specialist

Location: Nigeria

Education and Skills

Minimum of  Bachelor's degree in  related field.

Knowledge in ITIL (v3 foundation or 2011 Foundation) / COBIT are desirable

4 - 6 years’ experience in managing call center Technologies.

Depth knowledge of database and application security.

Good interpersonal skills for written, oral and face to face communications.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills



Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst 

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

Perform data analysis, understand trends and provide insights on customer behavior and business performance to the senior team.

Develop business forecasts, statistical models, performance scores, business rules in line with customer business direction.

Monitor and constantly improve the design and content of the Business Intelligence portal.

Create MIS and dashboards that are simple and intuitive to use.



Job Title: Windows Server Administrator

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

Design, install and configure internal and customer facing servers, network devices and firewalls.

Proactively manage and maintain server, network and firewall systems.

Administer and support core Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix and VMware technologies.

Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans.

Design and implement monitoring, configuration management and reporting functions that will make a hands-off environment.



Job Title: Incident & Problem Management Manager

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

Manage Incidents 24x7 and ensure minimal disruption to the service and fast service restoration.

Act as a center focal point for all departments during incidents and coordinate between them to get the fast results .

Ensure timely communication / information flow towards internal & external stakeholders.

Setting up of Technical & Management Bridge to facilitate communication during incidents.

Manage and coordinate the escalated requests from Local Organization or internal stakeholders.



Job Title: Unix Linux System Administrator 

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

Perform UNIX/Linux Systems Administration.

Maintain & Troubleshoot UNIX infrastructure environment.

Install, configure, and maintain UNIX server equipment, disk arrays, tape libraries, virtual tape libraries and terminal servers; UNIX routine operation functions; maintain high end UNIX servers and current and new UNIX projects.

Provide data protection, recovery and business continuity; test and validate disaster recovery and business continuity methods in UNIX environment.



Job Title: Asset Manager 

Location: Nigeria

Job Description/Responsibilities

The primary function of the Asset Manager is to manage administration, operations/logistics and reporting aspects of Asset Management Function in a managed services contract. The Asset Manager will be responsible for:

Asset procurement planning

Asset delivery, disposal and removal

Warehouse operations



Job Title: Lead- Information Security & Business Continuity

Location: Nigeria

Responsibilities

Providing the vision and thought leadership related to cyber security and overall IT Security Strategy in partnership with company leaders.
