Good day nairalanders, at about 6:26pm yesterday I decided to credit my airtel account with #100 airtime, after a successful transaction, minutes later a debit alert was sent to me for the purchase. Lo and behold they deducted not only the airtime money but additional #10000. They are not replying to my messages on their social media pages. I will be at their branch soon today, knowing this is so wrong what do you suggest I do. CBN has warned Nigerian banks against these "mistakes". Help share this so in your respective social media handles.
