Sexual intercourse is only permissible between those who are married as husband and wife before God and his Church even wedded couple are not permitted to masturbate, watch pornography, anal/oral/manual sex, contraceptives, withdrawal method e.t.c., sex within marriage must be open to procreation at all times, if wedded couples are not ready for pregnancy and the woman is in her *peak-period*, Catholic Church teaches *abstinence* for the couple. Abstinence is practiced by both single and married at different phase of life.

You do not need to complain about sexual restrictions in God's standard of Holiness rather pray for GRACE{the ability of the Holy Spirit to help any human being to live up to the standard of God's Holiness at every tick of time on this earth without any sin till eternity; Titus 2:11-15} and you will live without sin till Jesus Christ comes again.

It is possible to live a righteous life on this earth till Jesus Christ comes again because by his death and resurrection on this earth he has destroyed sin and its dominion over any human being that believes in HIM{JESUS CHRIST}as LORD and GOD thus Jesus said
"there is no excuse for sin" {John 15:22}
"My GRACE is sufficient for You" (2 Cor.12:9-10)
"Blessed are the pure in heart for they shall see GOD" {Matthew 5:8}

and so also religion is the best way of being unrealistic
