We have a vacancy for an Accountant.

Location: Lekki, Lagos.
FUNCTIONS:
Preparation, updating, review of the company’s plans and forecasts on an annual basis.
Prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annual and Annual budget and performance reports.
Achieve zero default charges from CBN, SEC, NSE, FRCN due to late or inaccurate submission of periodic returns.
Submission of monthly and quarterly reports to other key Stakeholders and Potential Investors.
Attending meetings ,workshop and other seminars in respect of fund raising.
Daily monitoring of Company shares and other seminars in respect of fund raising.
Liaise with rating agencies on annual rating exercise.
Review of monthly performance reports for Business Units, Company and the Group.
Submission of statutory reports (CBN/NSE/SEC/FRCN reports) on quarterly, half-yearly and annual basis.
Documentation in respect of equity raise via right issue and public offer.

REQUIRED:
First Degree in Accounting or any Social Science discipline.
ACA or ACCA Certification.
Five (5) years’ work experience in an Auditing Firm or Manufacturing Sector or a Conglomerate.
Excellent Analytical Skill.
Excellent Communication Skill.
Strong Interpersonal Skill.
