Position:Field Service Engineer

Requirement:

Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales.
Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree with at least a 2.1 grade in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or related field
Minimum of two (2) years work experience

Position:HCP Medical Representatives

Requirement:

Location (Lagos, North, South East, South South)

Detailing to Health Care Professionals with focus on value add and product differentiation.
Hold HCP presentations as well as Diabetes Management clinic meetings with patient groups with approved slide from RDC Sales Manager W/A
Implementation of RDC HCP strategies as directed my Sales Manager W/A
Implementation of Sales Strategy with key marketing messages by customer segmentation.
Identify new possible clients as well as opportunities within existing clients in order to further grow business.
Ensure monthly reviewing and reporting of sales to drive annual sales targets and achieve increased revenue and market share.
Ensure correct and effective brand awareness at customer sites and offices.
Plan and facilitate (user and promotional) workshops for existing and new possible clients in order to showcase and market Roche services and products.
Ensure ongoing liaison, contact, interaction and communication with customers and specifically key responsible contacts in order to provide customer service excellence.

Qualification:

Preferably a pharmacist or a graduate with science background (minimum of 2.1 for a Science graduate)
Minimum of 3 years Sales and Medical Rep experience, preferably in area of Diabetes related products
3 - 5 years sales experience within the Insulin/Diabetes Monitoring environment
Must have proven record of HCP engagements and be able to discuss Strategy
Proven track record of the following:

Good communication skills (oral and written)
Presentation skills and information communication style (Influencing)
Persuasive skills and emotional intelligence
Problem solving and analytical skills
Result oriented and able to deliver customer's needs

Position:Key Accounts Executives

Requirement:

Oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients.
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

Requirement:

Responsible for the Sales and Distribution of Diabetes Products in his/her assigned territory
Delivery of the assigned Volume and Value Targets for Diabetes Product
Customer base expansion and territory growth
Responsible for ensuring right pricing of the Products and generating the required profit for his/her territory
Effectively execute all Marketing activities and Promotions in territory while deploying the right materials in the right way at the right time
Manages the Credit transactions of the individual customers to ensure zero bad debts while maintaining the required credit limit and approved length of time for credit by customer
The face of ISN in his/her territory therefore must manage customer (Trade/HCP/Consumer) relationships while ensuring the right processes are followed.
Ensuring the right communication to and from the Company (a go between the Customers and the Company)
Effectively manage the various Company Customer Programs for Wholesalers, Retailers, Consumers and other relationships.
Responsible for effectively managing and maintaining all Work tools in good condition at all times.
Manages stock rotation within his/her territory utilizing the first expiry first out Policy
Adhere to all Company Policies on Cash & Credit transaction and overall Policy obtainable in the Company

Qualification:

3 to 5 years’ experience in selling FMCG products or Medical related products.
Must have graduated with a 2.1 from a reputable university, preferably with a degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences.
Self-starter and highly motivated individual with ability to work with limited supervision.
Have a proven track record of Target Achievements and innovative deployments.
Must be able to manage a territory (Wholesale, Retail (Pharmacies) and hospitals.
Effective communicator, ability to build rapport and maintain relationship.

Position:Sales Executive (Diagnostics)

Requirement:

To anchor and support sales and business development activities across assigned territory
Responsible for marketing and sales of ISN diagnostics products in assigned territory
Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential clients
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of clients
Submits orders through company approved methods
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as, weekly work plans, weekly report and monthly and annual territory analyses
Competition intelligence gathering
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and training; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; studying partner literature to improve product knowledge
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Working closely with our supplier’s/internal marketing teams, developing growth targets and appropriate activities. Tracking, monitoring and measuring marketing and promotional activities.
Understanding customer needs, presenting solutions and creation of proposals, with the delivery of added value to the customer central to the offering.
Maintaining good knowledge of competitor strategy and activity to identify new areas of business growth; offering insight data to support negotiation and overcome objections.
Providing excellent service to the customer ensuring they are kept up to date with all progress;
