I found this npower T-shirt as a form of vote-buying. Citizens have the right to benefit from government initiatives without giving anything in return. It seems npower is gradually manifesting as a political tool to lure youths into voting the present administration. I don't think the inscription on this T-Shirt is right.

What's this one saying, did they force you to buy it,it's in every states and nobody force the volunteers to buy it. If you know you are angry because you are PDP, you are free to quit the program By the way,how did your corrupt party did their corrupt empowerment program when they are at the helms of affairs. was it not supporters of corrupt party only were eligible Nigerians.
