Position:Female Accountant Requirement: Location: Onitsha Update internal databases (CRM) with account details Handle accounts payable and receivable Maintain records of business costs, such as labor and material Check invoices for inaccuracies Perform back-office sales tasks to support Account Executives as needed Create reports on sales and marketing campaigns Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts Address payment issues Qualification: BSc/ HND Accounting 2-3 years post NYSC work experience (with at least 1 year relevant experience in a RETAIL OUTLET). Female Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages like word and excel Good knowledge of at least one accounting software Good Interpersonal skills. Eye for details and accuracy. Honest and hardworking Good verbal and written communication skills Time-management abilities Position:Business Development Associate Requirement: She is responsible for managing the flow of communication through the office, Handling basic accounting tasks, coordinating the use of office space for meetings and other events. Responsible for proofreading documents, working with printers, Responding to emails on behalf of the boss Be the first point of contact for clients Attending meetings on behalf of the boss Helping to coordinate and manage events; Might help address customer queries and assemble sales materials, Provide support to the boss to ensure that office operations run smoothly. Qualification: B.Sc. in Marketing, IT or Accounting Should be able to write and respond to emails Good communication skills Ability to work in a structured environment Ability to develop templates for managing business operations A resourceful and a critical thinker Must able to work long hours and under pressure Must be willing to travel at any time and work on weekends Salary Negotiable Position:Business Assistant Requirement: She is responsible for managing the flow of communication through the office.
