He took the 'necessary step he deemed fit' and its left for cjn to prove himself otherwise.... For the record, I remembered when the presidency called on the cjn to resign honorably to clear himself last week

That is the thing with Democracy. The constitution does not allow you to do what you dim fit, you have to follow due process. It is only in dictatorship can you do what you dim fit.

Hmm, the only things you guys seem to forget is that corruption is not cancer. It is only cancer treatment that allows you to kill innocent cells in a bid to kill the cancerous cells.
Fighting corruption is not an excuse to disregard the constitution.
