In the recent years the journey of having a good body structure as been in the mind of some many young and ever gorgeous personality, the thought of how to gain the nicest figure which will make them look younger even as the time passes and they start aging, it is not less expected as we all live in the world where even the old are still looking extremely young and radiant regardless of their age and children.

Well no body want to get these type of body that is not well suited, through fitness people have been able to give themselves the type of body shape they truly want without having to go for surgeries which happens to be riskier to the health. The journey of getting a nice body figure which at the same time keep us healthy is not a crime.

Yes, so many have been bothered on how they can get the actual model body structure they have been hungry for, well the good news is you are on the right track as I will be sharing few tips on how to build a fitness model body. Here few ideas you might be needing:

Eat more: Often times people do make mistakes of skipping food just because they are trying to burn out some fat or trying to gain muscles, these is often common among women they feel avoiding meals will help them gain the model structure they needed, No and in fact you must consume slightly more calories than you burn and in a great advantage having egg, turkey and chicken help you hit your protein and calorie requirement for the day.

Don’t overdo the cardio: Over doing your exercise is also a great disadvantage, often times women find them selves doing and doing the cardio just to burn out the calories faster and it often end up getting push to the back burner when it should actually be the opposite. In most cases if you don’t have extra calories to lose you should just limit your exercise.

Lift heavier: If you are trying to get these model fitness body you should also try these factor, try and lift heavier, don’t be scared to get out of the 12- 15 repetition zone instead try and focus more on getting stronger on the basic compound.

Keep a workout journal: Keeping a workout journal is also a good idea, instead of waking up everyday to the gym without having any plan just to do any form of exercise, try as much as possible to note down the things which you want to do everyday at the gym, these also help a lot.

Take progress pictures: Knowing your progress is one the way to encourage yourself, before starting a particular workout routine, you can try to take your picture and keep taking pictures almost every time after your work out just to know your progress and how hard or less you need to work more.

Have the right mindset: Have a positive mindset that it is going to work, in every area of life a good mindset helps, know that you are actually going to see result and you will.
