In china, the CJN would have been executed publicly..

In Japan the CJN would have committed suicide.

In Europe the CJN would have resigned.

In the US the CJN would be facing a congressional hearing, and be facing 20 years jail time.

In south Africa his houses would have been vandalized and set on fire and he would be in protective custody so he is not killed by protesters and rioters.

But in Nigeria, a corrupt man being the head of the judiciary is celebrated and SAN's rally round him to fight for him, while The wailers and corruption advocates come on NL to support him, with over 40 houses and over N1billion in his account as a civil servant??

we trully belong to poverty as a nation, we really haven't suffered enough.

I once made a comment about this your comment.

Why is it that any yoruba/hausa politicians that are against PMB would be classified as an IPOB supporter?

There is too much hatred in Nigeria and I think social media is now a tool to display one's intention over other tribes.

Well, let's see how it goes.

True.

And in the same US, UK, China, etc., Ganduje would have been given a Congressional medal of Honour.

Toothless bulldog. The international community respects Buhari. If it was Jonathan he will be shaking by now. Buhari is a military officer who cannot be jolted by threats and strong arm tactics. You are wasting your time.

Sadly, in "democracies", there is something called "innocent until proven guilty".
This is how democracies run.

This is why there has been little call for the Vice President to step down or resign since when implicated in the N5.8bn IDP fraud. Investigations are still going on.

Why you want to topple the CJN when investigations are still going on is beyond me. Hypocrisy, it is called.

Even when the cjn confessed to his crimes..... What do you investigate after a written confession?... I do not support the federal government's method but we also should not support corruption...... He should honorably step down and the executive should also apologize for resorting to self help.

Buhari should not carry out jungle justice on this matter,

Again, this is not how democracy operates. It seems quite important, the need for civics studies beyond primary schools.

Gandollars Ganduje didn’t need to confess his crimes. The videos and audios were everywhere. This was even acknowledged by the President. However the Kano State Assembly investigation that started was halted, despite them having the rights to start an investigation either to acquit him or impeach him. It was halted by the Courts. There weren’t too much complaints, despite the public evidence of the bribe collection, because this is how democracies operate.

Same with the CJN. As long as the “confession” wasn’t done in Court, under trial, it is pretty much useless in a democracy— until it goes to court.

Nigeria has opted for a democracy; it is either we collectively stick with it without hypocrisy, or dump it for authoritarian rule so that we all are aware.
