1. A bus with 30 passengers collides with a lorry and only one woman survives. The next Sunday , she gives a fabulous testimony in church and thanks God for saving her - but does this mean that God did not want to save the other 29 passengers ?

2. A community suffers an Ebola epidemic which all but wipes out the population leaving only about 50 of them alive; They are found in church the next day thanking God for saving them - but does this mean that God wanted the others to perish ?

3. A man prays 24 x 7 for a decade and is still broke, while a care free rascal hits the jackpot and makes a million - Has God forsaken his own

4. A family have been very faithful in paying their tithes since time began and can barely make two ends meet, whereas another family is crisscrossing the globe, living opulently but have never paid tithes for ONE day - Has God decided not to reward them

5. A little girl falls critically ill , her parents rush her to church where they pray for her week in and week out, eventually she dies. Another little girl falls critically ill and her parents rush her to the hospital , she survives - were the prayerful parents foolish for praying instead of medicating


- It appears that life sometimes can be unfair to the right people and fair to the wrong people - why ?

- Is it God that decides the fate of all of us on this planet, i.e what happens in our daily lives, when we fall ill and when we will die , or are these just events that happen by chance.

- Why did God allow the little girl die even though prayers were offered according to the word and promise

- Surely the tithe paying family should be overflowing with abundant material blessings, why are they still broke

If there is a god it sure as hell is not intervening in any sensible manner in the affairs of humans. We are simply giving agency to the outcomes and processes of the physical laws of the universe.
