HYT Consulting is currently recruiting Activation Officers, Team Lead for a Leading Microfinance Bank in Lagos State, Nigeria.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Advice clients on best financial service application based on their income capacity.
Create a good communication and trust worthy relationship with Clients.
Recommend financial services and products to meet client needs.
Supervision of activation officers in field sales
Organising of sales team storm.
Preparing weekly sales report for submission
Advice clients on best Insurance products to purchase based on their income capacity.
Making sure client gets enjoyable Service.
Ensure that your recommendations are financially prudent.

Settlement of customer complaints

QUALIFICATION:

B.Sc./HND in any Discipline.
Candidates must have atleast 1 year financial sales experience.
