MIKE OZEKHOME, SAN, speaks on President Buhari's unconstitutional suspension of the CJN. He starts by comparing the case of the CJN to that of the former CBN governor (sanusi) under Jonathan. He then explains why according to the law the president may fire the cbn, but not the CJN. He further deals with all the legal questions aroung the question of the suspension. To me this is the best explanation on this controversy for anyone who wants a true legal opinion on that.
