What is Onnoghen's enrollment number? If it's not easy for random people to drop, then let's have it from you.
Deepthoughts:
You have failed to clear the real issue, what is his legal enrollment number or hasn't he got one?,that is what will actually clear all doubts no storries you wrote up there,so please go back to Tanko n ask for his enrollment number if you truly want to defend n exonerate him.

A video has been making the rounds of a disgruntled legal practitioner who has been identified as Okere Kingdom Nnamdi, protesting outside the Federal High Court in Abuja, in which he claims the new CJN is unqualified for the position because "he was never called to bar and is a Sharia court Judge". Upon research from information freely available on the public domain, these claims were however found to be patently false.

His words: "There are so many lacunas in the 1999 Constitution,” he said. “That same constitution will tell you that an Islamic scholar from a Sharia Court of Appeal can be promoted to the Supreme Court of Nigeria, not minding that he was not called to the Nigerian Bar, that he didn’t read law, because he is an Islamic Scholar.”

“That was how the likes of Tanko Muhammad came to the Supreme Court. Let him tell us his enrolment number. Every Nigerian lawyer that is called to the Nigerian Bar that attended a university and the Nigerian Law School has an enrolment number. He does not have any,” he alleged.

THE FACTS

1. Justice Tanko attended Government Secondary School, Azare where he obtained the West Africa School Certificate in 1973 before he later proceeded to Ahmadu Bello University where he received a bachelor's degree in Law in 1980. The new CJN was called to bar in 1981 after graduating from the Nigerian Law School. He later obtained a Master and Doctorate (Ph. D) degree from the same university in 1984 and 1998 respectively

2. He was appointed Chief Magistrate in the FCT High Court in 1989 where he served for 2 years (not Sharia court, but they won't mention this).

3. He was sent to the Sharia Court of Appeal (Bauchi) in 1991 where he served for ONLY TWO (2) YEARS before he was appointed as a Justice of the Court of Appeal (again, not Sharia court) where he served for THIRTEEN (13) YEARS on the bench...before being sworn in as a Justice of the Supreme Court in 2007(again, not Sharia Court) where he has served the country for the last TWELVE (12) YEARS.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ibrahim_Tanko_Muhammad

THE VERDICT: The new CJN is more than qualified to hold that office regardless of whatever some disgruntled semi-literate ignorant folks say...and he will remain in that office until Onnoghen is able to clear his soiled name if he ever does.

It is also important to note that Justice Tanko Mohammed is the natural successor to Onnoghen as he is the 2nd most senior Justice of the Supreme Court & Vice Chairman of the National Judicial Council (NJC).

But without NJC Recommendation and is thus unconstitutional and null and void. The usurper will soon be removed!

The truth is that all Nigerian Judges are corrupt.
The head of every organization in Nigeria is corrupt in one way or the other.
The reason people like me are worried here is that you don't suspend someone and replace him with your stooge few days to election.

Perhaps you are UNAWARE that politics is a very DIRTY GAME.

Below, is a picture which shows Muhammadu Buhari 'MR INTEGRITY' bowing down to ATIKU about 4 years ago in a hand shake, hoping ATIKU'S SUPPORT will be an advantage to his winning the Presidency after trying 3 times already and FAILED.

At that time, what mattered was what ever support ATIKU could bring to the table for him, Buhari to achieve his goal. IT DIDN'T MATTER ATIKU'S CORRUPTION STATUS. His money was 'CLEAN' and good for ensuring victory.

Bro, if you ain't 2FACED this dirty game is not for you.

Another picture is the one of Obasanjo and ATIKU.

Have you read what Obasanjo wrote about ATIKU in his books and what the same Obasanjo is saying about ATIKU today?!!!

Do you get the picture of who you have to be in this DIRTY GAME?!!!

A 2FACED!!!

The Nigerian REVOLUTION is an individual revolution. Which is a revolution of his own way of life. Our ways of living is MOSTLY NOT DIFFERENT FROM your accusation of leaders of all organisation. What we live on in this country in our walks of life is DISHONESTY, LIES, CORRUPTION. Of which all we care is to keep BLAMING our leaders, forgetting that leaders are a reflection of the kind of people in the society they are leading.

Our REVOLUTION is one of the Mind. Weeding out all PESTILENCE NONSENSE, living a life of UPRIGHTNESS.

"TO BE FAITHFUL, LOYAL AND HONEST", Our pledge.

It's only by collectively being FAITHFUL, LOYAL AND HONEST in our walks of life that Nigeria can be great.

Re:Mohammed Tanko (CJN)

It is very unfortunate that this writer and promoter of Mr.Mohammed Tanko by this write up did a great disservice to the general reading public.

Certainly with an obvious ulterior motive, the writer total refused to mention in clear terms that what Mohammed Tanko studied at Ahmadu University was SHARIA LAW ( with Arabic language) and NEVER CIVIL LAW and English jurisprudent .

And we all know the difference between studying SHARIA LAW only and studying CIVIL LAW and its Jurisprudence - LLB
.which is the basis qualification.

In law they say,you can't place something on nothing just like the axion of " one can't give what he hasn't got".

That Mohammed Tanko was not qualified but fraudulently posted to serve 2years at a civil magistrate court and another 2years at the federal court of Appeal does not in anyway speak to the fact ,that he has the requisite qualification to seat in judgement over civil cases he neither studied nor trained for.

It is a mis match and grieve travesty of some sort for any learned mind or even any one with common sense to think that someone who doesn't have the basic Civil law training is qualify to seat in judgement over civil matters.

This is more like an Agricultural Engineer being employed to serve as the chief Engineer and head of the technical team at a very huge Electricity power company.

What you will get is monumental to say the least is disaster. It is either his lack of basic training and knowledge of the job will cause him to blow up the system or he will be making unprofessional decisions that could endanger several lives and properties.

More like it is that Mr Mohammed Tanko's record as the CJN and the leader of the recently concluded IMO election matter speaks to this misnomer above.

A scenario where he brazenly declared someone that came a distant fourth as the winner of a Governorship election without recourse to the constitution and the electoral laws. He even went beyond his reach to defile common logic and basic mathematics,by inflating the total vote of his winner beyond the total registered number of voters.

Amazing ! Isn't it?
You see what they mean by " you can't give what you don't have"?

What a country called Nigeria?
It is only Nigeria this could happen in the mixt of thousands of eminently qualified professional juries, that this character will be the chief justice?

If we probe further from his years in the Magistrate court and federal court of Appeal ,we will discover even several other stunning and horrific judgements passed by Mr.Mohammed Tanko.

Now the world can see that the supreme court of Nigeria under Mr.Mohammed Tanko is like a jet plane piloted by an untrained cabin crew steward, headed for disaster and crash landing;with Nigeria/Nigerians suffering great monument loss and collateral damage.
