Employers test you based on competence and not character.

If leadership is by character only... I think many pastors and imams and moralists should be leading.

I am not here to hold brief for thieves.

All I'm saying is that when a job is to be done, you look for competence. Constitution has a way of dealing with flawed character.

You get hired, you get fired when you show bad character.

Your car break down on the road late in the night, you saw a mechanic who is competent to do it, do you mind his character at that moment?

We need both character and competence. Unfortunately, President Buhari lacks both.

Is disobedience to court orders good character?
Is selective justice good character?
Is nepotism good character?
Is tribalism good character?
Is incompetence good character?
Is dining with labelled thieves good character?
