I am currently married to a British citizen and have applied for the 2 years stay. I would like to pursue my studies in order to fulfill my role as a man and provide for my beautiful new bride. My question is, i know that I have no recourse to public funds, but will i be able to pay fees for university at home student rate? And would i be able to apply for a student loan? Thanks.  |

Probably not To claim home student status you must have resided in the country for a minimum of 3 years or thereabouts. If you don't qualify for home status you cant qualify for student loan except for another company. |
