There was confusion, some minutes ago at the 2019 LagosCityMarathon, as one of the athletes started displaying signs of insanity. The man could be heard saying: “I’m the most powerful man,” while trying to attack the medical personnel attending to him. He was later calmed down by some injections, before being taken away in an ambulance.
