I will answer you number 2 as it concerns what affects the masses..

A. Is there still fuel crises, sleeping at fueling station, oiling the palm of greedy importers? No. For one I am glad.

B. Can't remember if there is still a body called asun. Does guys showed me pepper when I was still in school. Thank god my children will go to school and graduate at the appropriate time.

C. Electricity? Well I am on band A and that shit is crazy stable. I love it. I don't think I can imagine going back to band b or c

D. Dollar? Well that is frustrating importation and encouraging exportation. I know you are too young to understand this.

This is good, let them sell off all their oil quota, let them sell it in such a way that it will take another 30years for the government to get it back. May be that way, other governments will not focus solely on oil as source of income, they would need to generate other mean to make money for the country. Because the endless dependent on oil is not sustainable.

Instead of complaining,you should be advocating for an alteration of all electoral laws which gives authority to the president and state governors to select and appoint national and state chairmen respectively!

The state governor has the power to appoint the state chairman of the state electoral commission!
He who appoints can also control...he who controls can also fire or replace the state chairman... according to the electoral laws guiding the LGA elections!
Same thing is applicable in other states....if the state governor is from a party,he can choose to vote in all his party LGA aspirants or vote in aspirants from other parties!

So since Tinubu is the one that appoint inec chairman, won't it make sense if he behaves like the governors?

According to you he can conduct elections and decides who win the governorship election and also make result announcements from undisclosed location right?

There are cases that just required common sense, that you need not be a lawyer before you will know the end because of precedences but when a judgement go against common sense and precedences, then, you should know people will complain and at that point democracy will surely be in danger.

What is common sense in a judgement being passed about 6months after filing and court knowing fully well that precedence will over take it.

Don't you think their right under the law of the state has been breached and benefits eroded because the judgement came late?

Don't you think any case that might be subjected to precedent should have speedy hearing before the precedence occurs? However, all these doesn't matter because it favours you.

Many country's don't allow use of foreign currencies in within their territory. You can't buy anything with foreign currency in a place like South Africa you will be asked to go change it the designated bank and not black market.

Also, nigeria is not like every other country because if we are, we would respond positively to many economics theory that worked in other countries but failed/failing In Nigeria.

It's only Nigeria that her citizen bet against her own currency and pray for it failures. Check the stat. Nigerians Highest number of crypto holder, betting against the naira and weakening it.

This as always been my take.

I am proposing the following solutions to mitigate or solve the free fall of naira against foreign currency.

After careful consideration, here is what i propose:
1. The Federal Government (FG) should place a ban and make illegal the presence or utilization of physical dollars(foreign currency) in Nigeria. Any international remittance received should be promptly converted to the local currency (Naira) upon receipt by the recipient or deposited into their domiciliary account.
2. Upon entry into Nigeria, all foreign currencies must be converted to Naira or deposited into the owner's domiciliary account.
It would be deemed illegal to enter Nigeria with any other currency aside the naira.
3. All transactions involving the purchase of foreign exchange for international transactions should be conducted electronically. This electronic system would enable efficient tracking and monitoring of foreign exchange transactions.
4. Individuals with physical dollar(foreign currency) will be given a specified timeframe to convert them to Naira or deposit them into their domiciliary account. Owning physical dollars will be illegal after the stipulated period.
5. Funds held in domiciliary accounts cannot be transferred to another domiciliary account but can be used for international transactions or converted to Naira. The sources of foreign exchange will be documented electronically through banks or fintech platforms, ensuring transparency and accountability in the process.

This, i believe will greatly stabilizer the fall of naira and every regain its strength.

If we are to be fair and the judiciary is not in someone's pocket like has been alleged, the Supreme Court is supposed to make final rulings on all the Rivers cases before execution of anything.

I agree with you. however, if he files an appeal and there is no stay of execution then he has to obey the last judgement either convenient or not.

How come no one is asking Fubara to obey court judgement for the betterment of his state. Why are we shouting on the executive and telling executive to interfere with judiciary?

I will agree that most of the tanks are made in China but if you read my post, I said "Cheap China tanks". I used the word "cheap" on purpose because I know my people, instead of importing the right specification which might be more expensive, they would go for the cheap one.
