Truth be told, whether we admit it or not, Lagos State is under a siege. This is a fact from a Lagosian and an APC apologist.
This siege sometimes has brought positive result, however it has a terrible repercussion that mean there should be check and balance.
From 1999 to 2019, same party or same persons have been in Charge of Lagos State, sequel to taking over power from Brig General Buba Marwa on 29th May, 1999

There are some dangerous pattern that we really need to challenge and criticize.

BAT was the Governor of Lagos State from 1999 to 2007 and within 8 years he had 3 Deputy Governors. Not sure any state in Nigeria since 1999 has experienced such.

After Fashola left, the rift of 2009/2010 was echoed again that they tried to blackmail him in order not to get federal appointment by publishing contract cost. Whereas, it is an open secret that LASG never shows their budget spending to anyone. Akinwunmi Ambode is the Governor of Lagos State from 2015 to February, 2019 (We don't know if they'll allow him state till May, 29th.)

Does it mean that Ambode is no longer guilty or was never guilty at all? I'm wondering how an someone who was alleged to have committed an offence all of a sudden is no longer guilty.
