That’s actually quite reassuring to hear, it’s the main language I use at work and I always feel stupid when I have moments where I’m finding it difficult or I’m being slow lol

I don’t mind being a team leader or something but a whole project manager isn’t really my stylo, too much responsibility over others

Lool even team leader can be much, my ideal job would be to just be sitting on my desk and getting on with my work on my own but apparently some form of management is inevitable when you’re moving up in your career

Honestly it isn't easy. In my unit we are just two core staff, my boss and I. A lot gets passed down to me, so I am like a Team Lead. The fact that he is inaccessible makes it worse, rather than go meet him, they will come to me. I have this permanent headache and my driving is so clumsy because there is always a lot in my head.

At a point, you can't hide no more.
