When you say half plot or full plot, what are the exact measurement in meters? Not everyone is a property guru,

Is your half plot  9m by 18m or normal 18m by 36m (60 x 120)?

@marabout.the perfect half plot is 60 by 60.there is also 30 by 120 which is not a good square for design reasons.e.g one line of single rooms is ideal for 60 by 120 but 60 by 60 which is the perfect square will fit in a 3 bedroom bungalow excellently with space for a car and little green area.

Some say Lambe is in Ogun state. Is it Lagos or Ogun state?  It matters in terms of Land Bureau search and other costs.Is it actually Lambe or Olambe. How motorable is the road in rainy season?

I think many estate people (except HSL and a few others) here are very sketchy about details. Good details enable potential buyers to weigh up things properly before deciding to call or not. That prevents anybody's time and money from being wasted.

@jot01.sorry about that,it.is typogrofical error;half a plot of land is actually 500k at lambe now,not becourse people are calling.it is becourse people are moving down there like crazy,rush drives up prices and the land owners are very much aware of this.there are acres of land for sale.just call for inspection.
