Mark Hughes, the former Manchester United striker, makes his home bow as Fulham manager following last week’s 0-0 draw at Bolton. As Manchester City manager, Hughes faced United three times and lost all three games.
Last season, Fulham recorded one of the most surprising results of the campaign when they won this fixture 3-0 with goals from Danny Murphy, Bobby Zamora and Damien Duff. That was their second successive home win over United.
Fulham test Mark Schwarzer, who missed the draw at Bolton with a back injury. Left-back Paul Konchesky, absent at the Reebok Stadium, could also return.

United are still without Rio Ferdinand, Anderson and Owen Hargreaves but could decide to include Michael Owen, left out of the squad that beat Newcastle 3-0. Ji-Sung Park and Fabio da Silva, could also be involved.

It's still early. . .now's the time to rotate dem strikers and know which partnerships work best.
I think an in-form Rooney plus Chicharito will be pretty hot together up front. With Valencia and Nani working the wings. . .yummy.
Just hope Valencia improves on his crosses though.

Away at Craven cottage is always tough. I hope the guys pull out a big performance though even though its early in the season because that's what we will need to get 3 points. Definitely need Rooney to get back his form soon.
