An Osun State High Court on Monday sentenced 3 killers of a 400- level student of Microbiology at the Osun State University,Oluwafemi Timileyin Sonibare, to death for murder.

The convicts include: Abdulrofiu Sakariyahu (19), Yusuf Kareem (18), Ayuba Ibrahim (20).

It would be recalles that five persons were charged with the murder of Sonibare to include, Abdulrofiu Sakariyahu (19), Yusuf Kareem (18), Ayuba Ibrahim (20), Isiaq Yusuf (40) and Abdulkareen Adeoti (50) .

Isiaq Yusuf, 40, was earlier discharged and acquitted after the judgement was read by the presiding Judge while Abdulkareem Adeoti, 50, bagged 2-year imprisonment.

Justice Kadijat Akano who delivered the judgement found the other 3 convicts guilty of murder, conspiracy and misconducts .
