It was gathered that Maxwell was caught by one Nsobila John, who doused him with petrol and set fire on him.

However, the families of the victim and suspect later reached an agreement to settle the matter out of court.

Confusing matters and being confused are not one and the same. You mentioned rape what’s the correlation? It is a crime in most countries but very few are caught as most people are unaware someone is watching. In this instance it concerns a child so if he has erred the matter is rectified, you don’t set a child alight.
