Over time I've had time to ruminate on this issue, with the fact that i hardly get gingered by motivational speakers or videos.

When I see people upload 'em on their statuses. I find it embarrassing thinking how many of all these things will make a difference?
Not that they aren't worth emulating but the problem with me is that, I believe its PERIODIC and not for a life time.

I only get moved by someone working extremely hard and of a positive mindset irrespective of the personality.

I'll appreciate it if I can know your stance.
