You can overtake if clearance ahead is sufficient.
.. Seems you don't know anything about traffic rules. The guy you quoted was very correct. That some drivers overtake others there does not make it right.

Good job! But why am I seeing broken lines on the miliking Hill Road? it should be solid lines.
.. You are very correct. The traffic Engineers did a very poor job there. There should be double solid lines at the centre.

Really pathetic! I saw the guy on the news, at a rally saying Abians should vote for him for fairness and equity sake because it's the turn of his zone....implying that his zone should complete its two terms!

Nigeria is not like other countries where competence and antecedents are the major consideration when deciding who to vote for! sad

Ikpeazu is a shameless stooge and I am going to vote against him. A whole state capital he have no single project to point to as his achievement.

Re: Enugu State Governor Showcases His Signature Projects (pictures) by safetyInspector(m): 1:34pm On Feb 12
Obviously, you haven't used that road, the photo is deceiving you. There is a long span where overtaking is allowed. People that did the road marking are expert in the field and knows better. You don't judge the length of a road by a photo. There is a portion of the road with a solid line and some portion with broken line.

I used that road three days ago, the answer is yes. Remember the road has a height limit so long vehicles are not allowed.
