The Oyo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has raised the alarm over an alleged planned attack by the opposition parties.
Naija News reports that the party has expressed worries a planned attack on some selected supporters of the party.
This comes in less than one week to the 2019 elections.
A statement made available to Naija News by the spokesperson of the APC Campaign Organisation, AbdulAzeez Olatunde, on Sunday, said that the warning became necessary in the view of the intelligence report at its disposal that the opposition planned to unleash mayhem on the APC from Monday.
In his words, Olatunde said; “We are using this opportunity to raise the alarm over planned attack on our leaders in the next few days. Intelligence report at our disposal suggests that these desperate opposition parties plan to attack our campaign rallies to carry out this clandestine plan.
