hello guys, recently my tecno phone's back camera started showing this when i tried snapping with it..even after resettting. please what might be the problem with it ? software or hardware? P.S - the flash light and the front camera are working ok.. and i cant even find the camera app under app in settings when i tried to see if i can wipe camera's cache or something. The phone is Tecno boom j8, 5.1 , update version 1.0
