its unfortunate that i have 2 tell u dis, if u think education is very expensive why not try ignorance , now looking at the ratio of ur landlord story and dat of scanning machine which is about $3800 usd / 7K & 5K, u will agree with m that it is very reasonnable. Further more i see this scanning thing as u going to hospital 4 treatment and before any doctor will start examine you he will tell u to go for test which is d same thing, taking ur car straight to mechanic is good but av u witnes a situation the mechanic is just doing tryin an error and u d paymaster is spending. av a goood day

guy lemme take you back to when computers and gsm was kinda new in Naija, whence Nokia 3310 was almost like 10k or even more, when a 512MB of memory was like 15k- , but its not like that today, technology has gone so cheap and competitive, , perhaps you are not aware that many people these days sell and buy auto diag tools with howto use manual,

take it or leave it, my point is clear, lets be fair to our people PLSSSSS!! Charging that amount for diagnosis only is damn too expensive, and its a replica of the greedy landlord scenario I posted earlier,

i understand what u are sayin but machine are out there 4 ppl to buy there china product that can not b compare with d 1 from the usa, but sincerely the price is not bad compare with what the auto garage charge from there client.
