The Nigeria Police Force has said that it is withdrawing men of the force from VIPs and Politicians. In a tweet via its official handle, the NPF said: "We will be withdrawing our personnel attached to VIPs to achieve 2 things. 1. It will enable us have enough pool of personnel for deployment and 2. Having policemen attached to Politicians and VIPs may want to give them undue advantage over others which we won't allow. It's a lie. Just say you will be withdrawing the PDP police escorts. Until I see the likes of rochas and el rufai without escort. Afterall, DSS has not said anything about withdrawing theirs too |
