Several towns and villages have been completely wiped out by herdsmen in Nigeria and Buhari has refused to declare these herdsmen as terrorists. He declared IPOB as terrorists in 2017 even though they did not kill anybody. If the herdsmen were not fulanis like himself, a lot of people believe he would have declared them as terrorists. But he has refused to. These herdmen displaced more than 80,000 people in Benue state alone.
