They said that the reason the CJN was suspended was because as head of the judiciary it was wrong for him to remain as CJN while he is being tried by the CCT. The CCT is a special court unlike the regular court its cases are supposed to be quick.
another special court is the election tribunal.

Those 4 courts are courts of coordinate jurisdiction and do not have the power to order the CCT, their judgements were set aside.
The court of appeal is the court with that power, and it has refused to stop the case.
