My inlaw is robbed today when he was going to akure from omuaran(kwara state). His ATM was seized by thieves and his pin was obtain under duress , I was told the thief. Used a pos to confirm the pin ,on getting to akure before we could call the bank the whole money in the account has disappeared ,plse I need advice (1) can the money be traced to whoever withdrew it? (2)what steps should be taken to get the money back (3)can I order bank to place embargo on the account with the fund Any other advice will be appreciated |
