If You Are Unemployed, underemployed, Come Here by Darevofpeace(m): 7:16am On Feb 14, 2019
The reality of unemployment in Nigeria is as visible as the lines in your palm's and the Nigeria graduate's carries it everywhere they go just like mtn network slogan, this state of unemployment has affected a whole lot's of Nigerian graduate's, some are already disillusioned.
Some are perpetually unhappy, some are so irritated, while other's are sloping into depressive mode, life seems not to be fair, the dream's, goal's and ambition of your childhood seems like a mirage, you are already loosing your morale about the great expectations for your future.
You can't even meet your personal need's, more of meeting the people depending upon your merge income, you are so frustrated, tired and completely worn out and sometimes suicide attempt flashes through your mind,I can relate well with all these trait's, you do worry yourself to sleep and upon been awake, you are not enthusiastic about the new day,age is no longer on your side, your parent's,siblings, uncle's, Aunt have asked you times without number, when are you getting married? your problem is not even having a relationship but it is meeting the little expenses that comes with the lady you claim to love, you are not even sure if the lady is still with you because the devil seems to whisper to you that she would go for a more richer guy and you start having a picture of your girl sleeping around with guy's who got more cash to throw around and beautiful car's to impress girl's, you sometimes consider going into internet fraud, but you don't even know how to start and where, because having a personal laptop seems to be a great hurdle, situations of life abounds everywhere, life does not give you what you deserves but what you forcefully demands, I want to list out thing's a graduate can do to step up his game in the job search and be a value to their world.

(1)READ BOOK'S OUTSIDE YOUR FIELD

There is a common saying among the white's "when you want to hide something from an African, put it inside a book, he would never read it" this saying shows our reading culture is still very low, many a graduate are yet to open up a book outside their field after there last semester examination.
We should know by now that learning is neither a day, weekly, nor monthly event, learning must continue through out your lifetime,'learning is living' learner's are future highflyer's, "two major things would determine your position in the next five(5) years, the friends you keep and the books you read"
Nigeria graduate's should know by now our educational standard is in comatose and it revival would take a longer years to come,we must keep developing our mind daily in order to expand our capacity to perform, life is not a hurdle race, life is a long journey in phase's,read books on leadership, success, motivational, entrepreneur, marriage, investment etc.
Develop yourself, add value to your destiny by engaging your mind, learning changes your old thinking and it refreshes your mind,"where the mind goes, the man follows, read everyday.

(2)BE A VALUE ADDING PERSONALITY
Wealth is generated by giving out what people really need, how much value do you hold in you? how do you see yourself ? be a value adding person, have your own personal signature (influence) let people know you by your readiness to do things differently, "a problem can never be solved at the same level it was created" learn to volunteer in organization, even if the pay is small, you can meet somebody in the organization when they notice your diligence, life is changing very fast, old attitudes are giving way for new one's.
You need to stay updated to be celebrated and remain relevant, learn to be discipline, be determined, learn diligence, learn hardness(hardness is from sweet labour) hardship(is the product of an overindulgence life and laziness),organizations recruit's based on the value's you are bringing to the organization.

(3)DEVELOP NEW SKILLS,GIFTS,TALENT'S AND POTENTIALS

Skill is the selling point in life now,the era of white collar job is been phased out, where are those skills you had when you were a child, drawing, painting, acting, singing, organizing, self motivating, there are many undeveloped talents in you and you are too blind about it,why? you have already allow your present situation to block your mind and life seems foggy,go and develop yourself and break off all the limits to your destiny

(4)STOP BEING EMOTIONAL ABOUT YOUR PRESENT STATE

Nobody on earth is challenge free, even "there is an area in Ibadan called challenge, it is where people passes"life is a phase, negative situations are also a phase, you are been polished by God and the Universe,"gold are polished by furnace to make it shine" you are not an accidental discharge like the Police bullet, you are here to make many impact, most beginnings of great and future outstanding star's are always so rough, why? have you ever seen the beginning of a new house foundation, it looks so rough, and yet upon it are edifice built upon, you would surely make it and God would so much turn your situations around, you would come and testify and the whole world would definitely celebrate your existence, you would leave a legacy on earth and your generations shall be well known in every places the sun Shine's,
Lastly stay connected to your God,"you can not follow God and end up in shame"I love you and I do celebrate your existence,Goodmorning Nigeria!
