INEC should know that these are last days different unverified instructions will be given to them on behalf of the presidency hence they should be rejected.

I wonder how the AGF even wrote to INEC to obey the order of the Court of Appeal. What order? That someone filed an appeal, withdrew it and same was then struck out by the court? What order was given for INEC to obey an postpone elections? This is why it is necessary to separate the Office of the Attorney General from that of Minister/Commissioner for Justice so that the AG can maintain neutrality at all times while the Minister/Commissioner remains the politician that he is.
