Of course, it's only a health challenge combination of this kind that can give rise to an utterly sick Buhari that appears like shown below.

Now this is the man the APC Government lied through Lai Muhammed that he never fell ill but broke his pre-electoral promise to seek healthcare in a cosy London hospital & came back saying "I have never been this sick in my life."

Generalized joined pains/generalized body pain's in some,failure to thrive in small children, fatigue,......
by the fact stated above, Buhari couldn't have been enrolled in the army and withstand the rigorous activities of his profession, talk more of rising to the peak of his carrier in the military.

His late daughter died at childbirth. She had sickle cell anemia.
