A leading food production company located in Lagos Nigeria requires the services of suitable experienced and qualified individuals with high level personality and good communication skills to occupy the following positions below:
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
• Oversees all Human Resource Management, support management in HR decisions and implement and execute best practices.
• Ability to conduct objective and thorough investigations in response to manager and/or employee relations concerns.
• Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment by ensuring employee engagement to help drive various corporate and division business initiatives.
• Partner with business units on hiring needs and participate in new employee orientation.
• Facilitate the hiring processes for management and hourly employees; assist with employee development plans for managers.
• Understand and abide by all company rules and protocols.
• Develop employer’s policy that is compliers with state of art labor law.
• Other duties and projects that may arise within client group and/or Human Resources Department.

Qualification and experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Psychology, or other related Human Resources related study required.
• MBA or hr certifications is an added advantage
• 5-8years of experience minimum in a Human Resources Manager or similar role
• Experience in a restaurant environment in a large company with Human Resources team preferred.
• Possess a working knowledge of Employment Law (Federal, State, and Union).
• Experience in MICROS, Restaurant Management Systems (RMS), and technology savvy.
• High proficiency in Microsoft suit, appropriate point of sale (POS) systems, and any other required operating machines like biometric and payroll management.
• Must be able to work flexible schedule to include weekends, nights & holiday.
• Must be a female
Salary range: 120,000-180,000

HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely and smooth run of the monthly payroll by providing the accounts department with required employee information (fines and other deductions, new employee start dates, end dates, absenteeism, etc)
• Ensure that all staff operational resources/materials are available (e.g. staff uniforms, name tags, ID cards etc)
• Ensuring that a proper filing system is maintained for all staff information and records.
• Organizes and monitor staff training with the general manager or relevant line manager.
• Monitor daily staff attendance and overtime.
• Monitor scheduled absences such as leave or travel and liaise with supervisors to ensure that staff absence has been adequately covered for to avoid disruption to business activities.
• Ensure that company policies are clearly communicated to all staff.
• Ensure that disciplinary action for various offences are implemented, documented and communicated to staff.
• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
• Schedule, organize and participate in recruitment interviews.
• Ensure that employees receive allowances and benefits due to them when they become eligible.
• Conduct reference checks and collate guarantor information on prospective candidates.
• Perform other HR related duties as required.

Qualifications and experience:

• BA/BSc or HND degree in Human Resources, sociology, or similar discipline.
• 3 Years minimum experience in Human Resources related role
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, staff welfare recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Strong planning & organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, training and supervising staff
• Agreeing and managing budgets and planning menus
• Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines

• Overseeing stock levels, ordering supplies and taking reservations

Responsibility:

• Create a comprehensive business plan for the restaurant that considers the market, local competitors, sales revenue and expenses.
• Prepare an accurate portrayal of the finances of the restaurant, including bank accounts, spending, check pricing goals and food costs.
• Develop strategies to entice customers, including marketing plans, advertising campaigns, community outreach programs and research.
• Analyze the restaurant budget with personnel to find and price inventory, reduce expenses, review current pricing and adjust purchasing strategies if needed.
• Control operations by developing effective policies, creating high standards and working to make adjustments when appropriate.

• Summarize current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents

Responsibilities:
• Monitoring adherence to quality systems and comply with Brand Standards, Governmental Controls and ISO quality standards and maintaining requisite documents.
• Implementing quality systems / procedures like Six Sigma, Lean Sigma in the organization to reduce rejections and ensure zero defect products.
• Ensure all products produced in the commissary meets the restaurant operations quality standards.
• To ensure that only products that meet the company’s quality standards are produced and delivered to customers.
• Managing and maintaining implementation of quality plant and food safety management systems to ensure all products are manufactured in line with the required quality standards.
• Organize the Food safety management System built-up of the company, participate in the implementation of the Duty and limits of authority in food safety and quality.
• Arrange the training and advertising according the standard of food safety management system
• Improve the management files about Food Safety in food industry. Includes: handbook of Food Quality and Food Safety management, procedure documents, HACCP plan, operation regulations or Homework guidance and other norm documents. Maintenance and update regularly.
• Hold the training for the relevant personnel according the requirement of food safety management files procedure
• Regularly checking and assessing the operation situation of the food safety management system in the company, audit the differences between the actual implementation and standard requirements, and carry out the suggestion and requirement for improvement, in order to reduce and correct the difference between actuality and standard, to make sure the actual result and expected requirement consistent.
• Carry out the audit and monitor of the company’s management system, and manage the inspection from the clients.
• Regularly do the risk analyst and assessment about the company’s products according to the relevant legal norm and standard, make sure the sustainable and positive development in food safety.
• Regularly Monitor the Food Safety Management System for the suppliers.
• Regularly report the operation situation, effect and result of the company’s food safety management system
• Provide leadership by tracking plant quality leading indicators. Providing timely feedback on potential quality deviation and providing support for rectification of anomaly.
• Ensure vendors complies with approved standard
• Ensure Commissary operations are in compliance with all local and TCCC requirements on Environmental Management System set to preserve and protect the operating environment.
• Ensure the Housekeeping /Hygiene of infrastructure and work environment within the production and total commissary operating area
Qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, preferable Food Science or Food Technology
• Other related certifications is an added advantage
• 3-5 years in related field in food business or in the FMCG sector
• Must be knowledgeable in MS OFFICE applications
• With Strong leadership skills and interpersonal relationship
• Good understanding of GMP/HACCP, ISO 9001;2015 system
• Detail oriented
• Good communication skills.
Salary range: 100,000 – 150,000
CIVIL ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
• Inspect facilities and analyze operational data.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development.

• Familiar with scientific analysis software as well as graphics and map creation software

Responsibilities
• Drive company vehicles to pick or drop MD
• Deliver documents and files to the required destination
• Ensure that all deliveries have been signed and delivered to the correct recipient
• Keep the vehicle clean and maintained at all times.
• Perform preventative and regular maintenance on the vehicle
Requirements
• A minimum of 3-5 years driving experience
• Excellent communication skill (Oral and Written)
• Proven work experience as a driver
• Highly motivated, and can work late occasionally (occasionally)
• Should be familiar with the various rout on the Island and mainland
• Minimum Qualification of O'level
• A valid driving license.
