1. Reports have it that Nigeria's 2007 polls was flawed with massive rigging, under-age voting, violence, voters' intimidation, 'army truck loaded with PDP ballot papers', and so on.

2. Yar' adua, said to be simple and financially prudent, has been declared winner of a controversial election.

, Juxtaposing 1 & 2 ABOVE, do we have any reason to celebrate?

I , myself, would say 'NO' without any second thought- because the process was said to be flawed, but could Yar'adua be the turning point for good?
