As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving breakthrough engagement with our artist, projects’ and clients while compelling them to enroll in a new offering, take action and/or make positive changes within their existing offerings, and trust us with deeper partnerships. You will gain a deep understanding of company’ needs (in general and as they relate to the specific offerings) and why a client would also want this need met). This understanding will help you create strategies and plans to meet both the needs of the clients and of the business and execute with excellence against those plans. As a result, you will learn how to manage integrated marketing plans for key business products and initiatives, how to work through existing platforms and channels, and drive innovation for future programs. You will report to the Director, be aligned to a more focused and work closely with key internal partners.

Qualifications • 2+ year of marketing experience • Content creation skills • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Previous work / volunteer experience with a non-profit organisation will be an advantage
