Residents of Ogbaru local government area in Anambra State have been thrown into mourning following the death of Vera Oluchukwu Agolua on Sunday, February 17.

Agolua, who turned a year older on January 19, was until her death the reigning Miss Ogbaru LGA in the state.

It was not clear what led to her death, but reports claimed the deceased had complained of a mild sickness a few days before the incident.

Family members and friends of the young queen have taken to social media to pay tributes to the deceased.
