Are u now saying that atiku signed an agreement with secondus one year before he decamped from APC with a man whom at the time wasn't the party chairman...remember in 2016 PDP was enmeshed in leadership crisis BTW modu sheriff and markafi.. Secondus was not an item yet..

Moreover, in 2016, Atiku was still in APC and so could not possibly have bribed anybody for the PDP primaries in 2018.
