NO PAIN,NO GAIN,NO GLORY V.L 1

When your position is well determined in life,obstacles, opposition's surfaces,life is not a bed of rose's, life doe not give you what you wanted, but it gives unto you what you demanded, this beautiful friday morning.
I would like to talk about how you can have a paradigm shift of your mind and be more proactive in life rather than been reactive,life is a long journey in phase's and it does requires tenacity, focus, doggedness to be a true high flyer,these are the following point I would love to build my emphasis upon.


(1)DISCOVER GOD FIRST

God is the overall Creator of human and He is also the supreme ruler of all human life's and affairs, He owns the whole Universe and He is the one to whom everybody shall return unto.At creation,God had put plan's, vision's,objectives in place for human to fulfill,in Gen.1:26" And God said,let us make man in our image,after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea,and over the fowl of the air,and over the cattle,and over the earth,and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth " God has the best plan for us and"He want us to prosper and be in good health" the discovery of God is the beginning of life.He is the beginning and the end.When you have a personal and workable relationship with God,you have found life.This is the foundation to discover "purpose"

(2)NO HUMAN IS FREE FROM LIFE EVENTUALITIES

Everybody is here on earth for a purpose as destined by God and since none of us has ever been on this plane called earth before, we need to have a new orientation that we are going to have to contend with some forces in life,either spiritual, physical, mental,economical etc.
Life is bigger than anyone of us, we all came to the earth,so the whole earth is way older than anyone of us,the whole beauty of the earth was not created as such, I mean the human infrastructural development in all nation's, there were obstructions here and their, have you ever seen when a new road is to be constructed,earthmoving machine are driven to site,tree's are fell,thick bushes are cleared and the ground are all leveled up with sand to have a smooth plane, roads are diverted,right while the constructions are on going,rain might keep fallen for day's an sometimes the engineer's have to keep working partially in the heavy rain,especially the eastern part of Nigeria with incessant rainfall,have you ever seen a house to be constructed,did you just bought a land and met a levelled ground and start to build or you met an already laid foundation,we must dug up the earth to lay solid foundations in order to guarantee a standing physical structure for the future.
Do not ever assumed that some human are free from challenges, for instance we all know money is a major determining factor for sustainable growth either as individuals or collectively,if the F.G and state government that controls all the national resources are having financial difficulties at present as regards payment of salary of it civil servants,despite the numerous economic policies put in place,then you with just a single source of income or two should know you are not alone,we human are quite funny,when we want to talk about life situations, the only thing we keep mentioning is money as if all life situations can be solved by 'money' alone,have you not seen millionaire with terminal illness which could deplete all there financial resources within a year.
Having money asides the level of poverty in Africa due to lack of proper education (at the word proper it implies that the education at each levels are properly and well funded by the government)UNESCO once said that all countries must ensure that 25% of it national budget are diverted into all it educational sectors, bad leadership with improper management of the national resource's been generated and lack of government accountability to the electorate, we do not have any peculiar issue's.

(3)PAIN IS A GREAT TEACHER

Not all life pains are meant to hurt us,neither leave on us a scar, some pains are meant to polish us,awake our sleeping giants within us,sharpen our intellectual capacity, ignites our Passion's (which is compounded emotion's) and unleash our dormant gift's, talent's and potentials.
Pains teaches faster compared to comfort,no true seed germinate without unstructured limiting factor's, even newly planted seedlings must die and seems rotten before it germinate. Pain's ignites your brain about a more better and effective solution to solve the present circumstances, pains slim you down of all your excess fat deposit (I mean indiscipline) pains makes you so discipline and revitalize the hidden energy you had never known about yourself.
Pain is a major determining factor of genuine success in life,no pain,no gain,most of the human breakthrough in scientific research,agriculture, medicine,engineering and other sector's arises as a result of genuine societal needs which could be life threatening,most vaccines in medicine were developed when people keep dying from epidemics, the scientists might not be on there toes perhaps if new disease did not come up,they keep working day and night to ensure the success to put to the end raging diseases which seems not to have a solution yet,even AID'S which has no permanent cure ,drugs (anti retroviral) have been produced and this new drugs are meant to revive the cells of HIV victims and boost up there Immunity's in order to fight any illness in there body,far gone is when having HIV seems like a 'death sentence' and the drugs have been hugely subsidized by the united nations for accessibility by the victim's and readily made available in all the government hospitals.

(4) MANAGE YOUR TIME EFFECTIVELY

There is something I have truly discovered about life, life begins immediately you were born and unlike having to act in a movie,life does not give unto any human the time for 'rehearsals' none the time for you to take home your script and read it day and night before coming to act out all your scenes.
Life has given everybody an equal opportunity at commencement,which is the 'time' factor,therefore your output in life is hugely determined by your maximum time usage,let me repeat the essence of time.
The great equality of life is the time given to all and sundry equally to change your story to a more fulfilling one.Both the rich and the poor has 24hours on there schedule. Every negative outcome could be changed with time factor when you make a better decision in subsequent days.Time is life and it has compounded return's based on the investment's made with it.

(5)DISCOVER YOUR VISION
Vision is the exact picture of your future which is also the original purpose and intentionality of God,your vision gives you a sense of prominence in life and makes you to be needed as a solution provider to your world,your vision gives you a huge edge over your mates and makes you to stop unnecessary competition with your friends. Vision is the realization of what God has created you for,vision gives unto you a supernatural confidence in life,you would be too sure of where you are going in life without any doubt,every motion in life begin's with a vision,vision motivates motion and it initiates decisions which thus brings superlative transformation,everyman moves in the direction of what he see's,you can not touch and hold what you did not see,vision makes you to have a grip over life eventualities,you are unstoppable in destiny.
