If you want to do it the official way I will suggest Canada. We are a family of 5 and relocated to canada as permanent residents. You can check the Canadian express entry thread for more infor on the process. Actual application cost us about 1.8m Flight ticket 1.2m Note that you need to show proof of fund of almost 8m.
