Location - Iseyin, Oyo state Nigeria.

JOBS DESCRIPTIONS

GENERAL MANAGER
>Oversee daily operations of the company.
>Communicates the vision and corporate culture of the business to employees.
>See to the welfare and promotion of employees.
>Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
>Coordinates the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports.
>Provides direct management of key functional managers and executives in the company.
>Ensures the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
>Ensures overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers.
>Engage in key or targeted customer activities.
>Oversee key hiring and talent development programs.
>Evaluates and decides upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent.
>Communicates strategy and results to the employees.
>Engages with corporate officers in broader organizational strategic planning.
>To directly report to the Chief Executive Officer.

MARKETING/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
>Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
▷ Develops marketing strategies for the company in line with its objectives.
▷ Create a workable marketing strategy and plan for the company.
▷ Responsible for using conventional and non- conventional means to attract clients.
▷ Carry out market research so as to have a better understanding of the target market.
▷ Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
>Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
>Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
>Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
>Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
>Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
>Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
>Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
>Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
>Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
>Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
>Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
>Any other administrative duties that could add value and aid growth of the company.
>To report directly to the general manager.

ACCOUNTANT/CASHIER
>Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
>Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
>Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
>Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
>Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.
>Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
>Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
>Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
>Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
>Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
>Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
>Complies with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
>Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
>Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
>Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
>Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
>Any other administrative duties that could add value and aid growth of the company.
>To directly report to the general manager.

FARM/OPERATION MANAGER
Duties are:
>Supervision and oversight of the daily operations of the factory.
>Directs and coordinates workers activities on the farm.
>Contracts with farmers or independent owners for raw materials.
>Organising schedules.
>Meeting Performance goals.
▷ Any other administrative duties that could add value and aid growth of the company.
▷ To report directly to the general manager.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
General Manager: HND/B.Sc in related fields.
Marketing/Business Development Manager :HND/B.Sc in related fields.
Accountant/Cashier:ND/HND/B.Sc in related fields.
Farm/Operations Manager:HND in related fields.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
All Candidates must:

Be flexible and adaptable in his/her responsibilities – Possess good oral and written communication skills – possess strong Organisational skills and must have a high ability to multitask – be proactive and always take the initiative – have good interpersonal skills - possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Possess at least one year working experience.
