The Uefa Champions League Draw For 2010/2011 Season by mojounited(m): 11:43am On Aug 26, 2010
"With the play-offs done and dusted, we're all set for the group stage draw. If you follow one of Europe's elite clubs I suspect you'll be excited and terrified in equal parts as the clock ticks towards the ceremony which begins 1700 BST on Thursday, August 26, 2010. The UCL final for this season will be held at Wembley Stadium in London on 28th May, 2011.

Before we get ourselves excited about the final in Wembley already, let's take a look at how the clubs/teams are seeded from pots one (1) to four (4).

The final pots are:

Pot One: Inter Milan, Barcelona, Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal, Bayern Munich, AC Milan, Lyon.

Pot Two: Werder Bremen, Real Madrid, Roma, Shakhtar Donetsk, Benfica, Valencia, Marseille, Panathinaikos.

Pot Three: Tottenham, Rangers, Ajax, Schalke, Basle, Braga, FC Copenhagen, Spartak Moscow.

Pot Four: Hapoel Tel Aviv, FC Twente, Rubin Kazan, Auxerre, CFR Cluj, Partizan Belgrade, MSK Zilina, Bursaspor.

As always we'll have eight groups of four teams, with each group including one team from each pot. At this stage teams from the same nation can't be drawn in the same group but England's Manchester United, Chelsea, or Arsenal could be drawn with Scotland's Rangers.

If your team is in the draw, what is the perfect lineup of opponents that you're hoping for this evening? I'd wager that even pot four has a few teams that the big guns would rather avoid. What do you think would be the ultimate group of death? With Real Madrid in pot two we're bound to see at least one group that's an even two horse race, if not three!"

Journalist Delight, If we have the following teams in the same group:
*Real and Chelsea :Mourinho would visit West London again
*Inter Milan and Valencia :Rafa returns to the Estadio Mestalla
*Real and Lyon : A chance for Real to revenge last season's outster
*Real and Schalke :Raul returns to Santiago Bernabeu
*Arsenal and Pana :Gilberto Silva returns to the Emirates
*Arsenal and Auxerre :Diaby and Sagna return to their former clubs

Will think of more before the draw commences. . . ,
Or anyone can help out

^^^Nice one @HNIC

Also, too bad Ajax and Spurs are in the same pot. It would have been interesting to see Martin Jol's return to White Hart Lane.
