I was listening to a programme this morning and the presenters were talking about the order buhari gave the military and some security personnel like police men displaying the sign of 4 +4. So I don't know and I have not seen it before, Pls are the military (army, Navy, airforce ) and police force allowed to vote on election either presidential or gubernatorial one.


Modified : can inec officials exercise their franchise or they are disenfranchised because they are the one handling the votes?
